Common Questions
How am I billed?
You are billed immediately for your selected plan, and your plan starts once your listing is approved. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period and is charged to the payment method on file. You may change or cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your listing stays live until the end of the billing cycle.
How does the additional listing price work?
Your Main Listing (typically your longest listing) pays the Main Listing price, and every other listing pays the lower Additional Listing price. If your Main Listing ends, another listing moves up to the Main Listing price at its next renewal.
Are there pay-per-click, pay-per-lead, or paid ranking fees?
Never. Your plan price is the whole cost, and no business can pay to rank above another.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Once your listing is live, share your referral link from My Account. You get a $5 credit for each business you refer that signs up for a listing, once it has been live and paid for 2 months. Credit is applied to live paid listings only. The business you refer gets $5 off the first payment. Multiple listings by the same business can receive the discount for each listing. What if my category and location are full?
You can join the waitlist. When a spot opens, we will email you and hold it for you for a short time.
What if I do not see a category for my business?
Contact support and tell us what your business does. If none of our categories fits, we can create a new one, and we will let you know when it is ready so you can finish signing up. Contact support
